Concordat cuts red tape

A Higher Education Concordat designed to cut red tape has been signed by 16 agencies, including the Department for Education and Skills, Research Councils UK, the Quality Assurance Agency and the Higher Education Funding Council for England. The concordat, written by the Higher Education Regulation Review Group, commits signatories to a more co-ordinated approach to data collection.
