Subject: Proposal for a Council Regulation on the establishment of structures for the management of the European satellite radionavigation programme
Delegations will find annexed a compromise proposal for the "Supervisory Authority" part of above-mentioned regulation.
All delegations and the Commission retain a general scrutiny reservation on the text, which will have to be finalised, for some of its content, after a decision has been taken on the overall GNSS management structures.
