The Student Loans Company has asked us to clarify a point in our story ( THES , June 7) about loan payments at Stirling University. Loans to other non-Scottish UK students will be paid on the preferred dates of September 16, November 25, and February 16, as agreed with the university. This agreement applies to Stirling University students only.
