City University London - Service with a smile

A London university has become the first in the UK to be accredited by the Institute of Customer Service. The ServiceMark quality standard has been awarded in recognition of the level of support provided by the Student Centre at City University London. The centre provides advice and information on everything from course registration and graduation ceremonies to student housing, financial support and immigration regulations.
