City University London - A kinder, gentler City

Business experts have taken part in a "big City brainstorm", generating ideas to help London recover its reputation as the world's leading financial centre. The event at City University London brought together people from the business, financial, creative, technology and education sectors. It was led by Roger Neill, head of City's new Centre for Creativity in Professional Practice. He said: "The dominant view from the brainstorm is that the City must reassess its introverted approach and pursuit of short-term gain if it is to re-establish the trust of the British people and global markets."
