Calls for proposals: Understanding fathering – masculinity, diversity and change

The Joseph Rowntree Foundation commissioned a team of researchers to review relevant literature on fatherhood. However, it is clear that there are some important research gaps in this area, and the Foundation is therefore seeking to fund research with the potential to challenge thinking, and provide further understanding of diversity and change in relation to contemporary fathering. £165,000 has been allocated for either a single research project on fathering or two or three smaller proposals.
