Short description of the contract or purchase(s):
The contract is for the design and implementation of the facility which will be managed, operated and maintained by GSA. The contract includes the execution of the following tasks: analysis of user's needs and detailed definition of the system requirements, the architectural design, selection of hardware and software tools and the implementation of the system, and the population of the facility and the creation of links between the data records, the training of users and training of maintenance staff.
