The Information Society DG of the European Commission has issued a call for tenders for the preparation, setting up and organisation of the IST (Information society technologies) 2002 event, to be held at the Bella Centre in Copenhagen from 4 to 6 November 2002.
The invitation to tender involves the preparation, setting up and organisation of the IST 2002 event, ie - the preparation, setting up and organisation of the conference, including audiovisual facilities and the prize-giving ceremony for the 'European information society technologies prize' and of the exhibition which will take place over a net surface of 4,500 square metres.
