The first survey of knowledge-transfer activities in universities across Europe was launched last week by the Association for University Research and Industry Links. Members from countries including France, Hungary, the Netherlands, Poland and the UK participated in the ProTon survey, which aims to benchmark Europe's performance directly against that of the US.
