Bad-taste cocktail is struck off bar menu

"Holocaust" cocktail has been withdrawn from a Leeds bar following pressure from Jewish students. The £2 drink, made from Jack Daniels, Baileys Irish Cream and Kahlua, topped the menu at Bourbon until a member of Leeds University's Jewish Society spotted it.

Spokesman Johnathan Field said: "It was in horrendous taste to start with and as Jewish students are experiencing much abuse around the campus because of the crisis in Israel, it was the last thing we needed."

Bourbon confirmed that the menus were altered soon after the complaints were received. It was one of a series of cocktails based on the theme of destruction that also included Titanic.
