The Fellowships in the Creative and Performing Arts scheme provides support for the appointment of full-time research fellows in the creative and performing arts. The scheme contributes to one of the Board's key priorities, which is to support the development of practice-based research in the creative and performing arts, and thereby to enhance the opportunities for the development of research activity and research environments in these subject areas, in order to assist their full participation in a common research culture encompassing the arts and humanities and other subject areas.
