Grants available for major items of equipment (costing in excess of £20,000), to facilitate multiple projects. Applications will be considered only from established units with a track record of research in the rheumatic diseases, and the equipment must be able to make a lasting impact on rheumatological research over of many years. Grants toward the partial cost of a piece of equipment may also be considered. All applications for grants or fellowships must be made on the appropriate forms obtainable from the Head of Research and Education Funding.
