The ARC programme is designed to increase collaboration and mobility, particularly among young researchers, in the United Kingdom and the Federal Republic of Germany. ARC is jointly financed and managed in Germany by The British Council and the German Academic Exchange Service (DAAD).
Applications are invited in the following areas: medicine, biotechnology, genetics, agriculture, environmental issues, information technology and economics.
