Is hard work the full story? 1

三月 18, 2010

Top marks to Wayne Martin ("Students swear by module of 'obscenely hard' work", 11 March) for working "obscenely hard" for students who work "obscenely hard" in return (or is it the other way round?). Additional two-to-one tutorials and a 24-hour turnaround time for marking essays is indeed impressive and shows exceptional commitment.

Your article failed to mention, however, the most crucial bit of information: the number of students. Such effort would be commendable for a class size of 50, heroic for 100, but less so for an enrolment of 10. Can we have the full story, please?
