Coaching for colleges 2

一月 23, 2004

Colleges understand the Ofsted inspection system, but senior managers in further education are largely unaware of the effort required for a QAA review. The secret of success is for the teaching staff to demonstrate they are in the same peer group as the reviewers. Staff need suitable postgraduate qualifications and need to be pursuing research to inform their teaching. The recipe is simple, but the implications are huge.
