Actually, it's three brains

六月 10, 2010

I never thought I would find myself contradicting both Dr Loab and The Poppletonian ( May), but David Willetts appears to have not one, not two, but a trio of brains. The first appears to have been used in 1996 when he "misled" Parliament. The second was employed a few years later to overclaim his expenses. It is presumably the third organ that has been used to announce the cuts in university places.
