Principles of Human Physiology

This is one of a large number of physiology textbooks and it is better than most. It appears up to date and has great illustrations.

Who is it for? "Students" (unidentified by the authors).

Presentation - Great illustrations but the index is in very small print.

Any extras? Interactive physiology CD-Rom with a new module on the digestive system, plus access to The Physiology Place website and PhysioEx 7.0 online laboratory simulations.

Would you recommend it? Not for an in-depth medical course but adequate for biomedical students and others who need some physiological understanding.
