This isn't a glossy textbook with eye-catching images, which makes it less visually appealing than some other books. Nevertheless, it's informative and a good introduction to cognitive psychology.

Who is it for? Cognitive psychology isn't as obviously exciting to undergraduates as some other topics. A textbook can bring the subject to life or kill it off. This text is very British in design, but the writing is fairly gripping and informative.

Presentation: Clear but uninspiring.

Would you recommend it? Yes. There's a lot of content for the money.
