Work closely with Dr Arunima Ray on embedded surfaces and exotic smooth structures in four-dimensional manifolds. You will deepen your expertise, build an independent research programme and contribute to high-impact publications. What you will deliver: Lead and contribute to research on 4-dimensional manifolds within the ARC Discovery Project team. Develop an independent research programme, producing high-quality publications in leading international journals. Present research at seminars and conferences, and help prepare competitive grant and fellowship applications. Co-supervise and mentor undergraduate research students and contribute to broader research training activities. Support School service, outreach, and diversity and inclusion initiatives, including events and public engagement.
