William Paterson University of New Jersey is a public university founded in 1855 in New Jersey, US. The courses are structured across five colleges: arts and communication, Cotsakos College of Business, education, humanities and social sciences and science and health. In addition, the pre-professional programs include engineering, law, medicine (dentistry, optometry, podiatry, and veterinary science), pharmacy, physical therapy, and speech-language pathology. Beyond academics, there are 13 varsity sports, and club sports such as dance, equestrian sports, track, ice hockey, bowling and rugby.
