Urdaneta City University is a public university in Urdaneta City, Pangasinan, Philippines. It was established in 1966 as Urdaneta Community College and became a city university in 2006.
It is based in an urban campus in northern Luzon and serves around 12,500 students. It attracts students from Pangasinan and neighbouring provinces and has developed from a small community college into a recognised local university.
The university offers programmes in education, nursing, midwifery, commerce and accountancy, computer studies and graduate education.
Urdaneta City University was founded by Dr Pedro T. Orata with support from local government leaders. It initially focused on short term and practical courses designed to support employment and skills development, before expanding into full degree programmes and graduate study.
The campus includes academic buildings, lecture halls, laboratories, a university gymnasium and administrative facilities.
