The University of Sufism and Modern Sciences (USMS) is located in Bhitshah Town, Matiari District, in the Sindh region of Pakistan. It's a place of learning inspired by the Sufi Saint Hazrat Shah Abdul Latif Bhittai, whose shrine is nearby.
The university was granted its charter on November 21, 2011, and initially operated as a campus of the University of Sindh, Jamshoro.
USMS is dedicated to providing an educational environment that fosters diversity and talent. Its mission is to promote research, creativity, innovation, tolerance, harmony, and humanity. The university envisions addressing contemporary challenges through the study of Sufism and modern sciences, empowering students, supporting faculty, and promoting values of tolerance, harmony, love, and brotherhood.
