Duties and Responsibilities To lead a team of training officers and research officers in the project and to make sure all the training and research deliverables are delivered on time Perform administrative roles and prepare regular reports to the funder, collaborators and directors Participate in teaching of professional training programmes and occasionally engage in public education activities of the Project Support and perform other duties as assigned Requirements Master’s Degree or above in Social Work, Gerontology, Mental Health, Psychology, Behavioral Health, Counselling, Management or related discipline At least 5-8 years’ relevant work experience in managing professional and public education project, preferably in medical and social work topics Good command of written and spoken Chinese (Cantonese) and English Knowledge in palliative care, family counseling, use of art, use of therapeutic groups and bereavement care would be an advantage Applicants with less experience or qualifications may be considered for appointment as Research Officer What We Offer The appointment will commence from as soon as possible on temporary basis until June 30, 2027, with the possibility of renewal subject to satisfactory performance and funding availability.
