Overview The University of Southampton, in partnership with Oxford International Education Group (OIEG), has successfully launched its first international campus in India, located in Gurgaon, Delhi. This initiative, developed in response to India's New Education Policy, represents a significant investment in transnational education. The campus provides Indian students with the opportunity to earn a globally recognised degree without leaving the country. Job Purpose  The role holder’s contribution will be central to delivery and support of teaching, learning and assessment, across Business for the University of Southampton Delhi.  The role holder will teach at undergraduate and postgraduate level in courses related to general management, like: Introduction to management  Management ethics Human resource management Entrepreneurial management Critical Perspectives on organisation and management Risk-taking and decision-making Digital technologies in business Business in society Consulting concepts and practices Innovation technology and environment Making successful decisions. Philosophy of management Engage in other necessary educational activities to ensure the successful delivery of degree programmes. Once teaching activities are embedded and successful, the role holder will undertake research and knowledge exchange in line with the campus’s research strategy. Successful candidates must have a strong research profile, one that demonstrates their ability to apply the methods of the Auxiliary Historical Sciences - especially in the fields of documentary source studies as well as archival, library and manuscript cultures of the European Middle Ages. They must also demonstrate experience in applying methods in the Digital and Computational Humanities.
