It was accredited by Iraq’s national Ministry of Higher Education in 2020. The university is divided across its main city centre campus and the School of Education established at Sharazoor in 2019, where just over 500 students study either Kurdish early years education or human development. 
The largest of the Halabja schools is basic education. Other schools include law and administration, human sciences, science, physical education and sports science and engineering.

Kings Food the internal catering department of Kings College London are looking to recruit a kitchen porter to work at our Strand campus

As a kitchen porter you will report into the head chef and work closely with the kitchen team to ensure that high standards of cleanliness and hygiene are always maintained.

Your duties will be varied and include general day to day cleaning of kitchens, food preparation areas and dish and pot washing. You will assist the chefs with basic food preparation and be responsible for checking goods in and ensuring they are correctly stored. 

The ideal candidate will be:


	A good team player
	Be reliable and efficient
	Have a flexible and positive approach
	The ability to work independently or as part of a team
	Have a basic understanding of food and hygiene regulations.
	The contract is offered on a five out of 7 days basis and will involve working evenings and weekends.


This is a full-time post (35 Hours per week), and you will be offered an indefinite contract.

About you:

To be successful in this role, we are looking for candidates to have the following skills and experience: 

Essential criteria


	Good written and oral communication
	Experience of basic food preparation
	Knowledge of cleaning products and materials
	Knowledge of checking in goods and storing correctly
	Experience of cleaning kitchens
	Experience of operating a dishwasher
	Basic level of computer literacy 
	Able to work flexible hours including weekends and evenings


Desirable criteria


	Hold a current food handler’s certificate.
	Experience of working in a catering environment

Our Speech Pathology programs include the Bachelor of Speech Pathology (Honours), delivered at Melbourne and Bendigo. You will lead curriculum development, deliver engaging teaching, and pursue scholarly work to advance education in your professional field.

Some of your duties will include


	Develop, coordinate and teach a high-quality learning experience that engages students through the conduct of tutorials, practical classes, demonstrations, workshops, student field excursions, clinical sessions and/or studio sessions.
	Keep abreast of innovations in teaching and learning in areas such as, but not restricted to, online and blended delivery and incorporate where appropriate, to continually develop professional practice skills/knowledge and expertise.
	Participate in innovative course level curriculum design, development and review.

	Implement and evaluate innovative methods to deliver speech pathology related teaching content to develop entry level speech pathologists


Skills & Experience


	Masters or equivalent accreditation and standing recognised by the University/profession as appropriate for the relevant discipline areas.
	Demonstrated competence in teaching and curriculum development.
	High level organisational skills with the ability to set priorities, meet deadlines, initiate and follow-up actions, all with minimal or no supervision.
	Demonstrated clinical experience as a speech pathologist
	Clear understanding of the accreditation requirements and skill capabilities of an entry-level speech pathologist

Job description:

African Sustainable Agriculture Research Institute (ASARI) at Mohammed VI Polytechnic University (UM6P) is seeking applications for one year contract as Postdoctoral in the field of Aquaculture and seaweed monitoring. Candidates should hold a PhD degree with professional experience in Aquaculture research. 

Key duties:

Successful candidate is expected to:


	Publishing results in peer-reviewed journals and present at national and international conferences.
	Assist with grant writing and development of new research directions.
	Mentor graduate and undergraduate students and support lab and hatchery operations.
	Assist in organizing and launching research activities.
	Contribute to general laboratory management and logistics.
	Document the standard operating procedures.
	Strong English communication skills, both verbal and written is required.


Criteria of the candidate:


	PhD degree in marine science, aquaculture or similar from a recognized University.
	Able to carry out field work.
	Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative research team.
	Positive working attitude and ability to work both in a team and independently.
