More than 700 flexible four-year degree combinations are available, giving undergraduates the chance to sample various areas of study before choosing a specialism. As a research-intensive university, Glasgow has over 300 taught programmes to choose from for postgraduate study, as well as an extensive range of research opportunities. Every year, the University welcomes students from more than 140 countries worldwide. There is a wide range of international scholarships available, including Global Leadership scholarships. The international support team are on hand to offer advice on immigration, working regulations and finance. Orientation and welcome programmes for all students run in September and January.
