The role involves leading academic program governance, fostering collegial relationships within and beyond the university and building partnerships with external organizations and communities. As Head of Discipline, the Associate Professor/Professor in Paramedicine will drive quality improvement of paramedicine programs, mentor staff in learning and teaching activities and lead the development, implementation and accreditation of paramedicine curricula.
