The Department of Administrative Science and Administrative Law is a unit of the Faculty of Law at Masaryk University which carries out educational and scientific research activities in both of the aforementioned fields, namely administrative law and, traditionally, administrative science. In terms of teaching, it primarily delivers compulsory modules covering the full scope of administrative law – that is, its general and specific parts – particularly within the Master’s programme in Law and Legal Science, the follow-up Master’s programme in Public Administration, and also within the Bachelor’s programmes, as well as a range of compulsory elective subjects focusing on specific areas or topics falling within the scope of administrative law in both the national and European contexts, and also in the field of administrative science.
