During an exciting time of growth, the University of Victoria seeks its next Dean of the Faculty of Education. Reporting to the Vice-President Academic and Provost, the Dean will provide strategic, collaborative, and inspirational leadership to the Faculty. The Dean will guide the Faculty’s academic mission, strengthening excellence in research, teaching, and community engagement while fostering a culture of inclusion, innovation, and collaboration. Working closely with faculty, staff, students, alumni, and external partners, the Dean will advance the Faculty’s reputation and impact through strategic partnerships, research development, and program innovation.
