Position Summary The Dean, Teaching and Learning is a senior academic leadership role responsible for shaping the academic culture, educational quality, and student experience at VU Delhi NCR during a significant phase of institutional growth. The role provides strategic leadership across learning and teaching, curriculum development, academic governance, quality assurance, student success, and regulatory compliance. The Dean will play a critical role in localising and implementing the VU Block Model® within the Indian higher education environment while maintaining alignment with Victoria University’s global academic standards. Working collaboratively with Melbourne-based academic teams and local campus leadership, the Dean will build and lead a high-performing academic environment that promotes innovation, excellence, and student-centred learning.
