You will work closely with researchers, senior leaders and external partners to identify funding opportunities, shape competitive proposals and support the full research lifecycle from pre award through to post award delivery. This role is central to UniSC’s research growth strategy. You will combine strategic insight with hands on expertise, supporting major funding submissions, enabling research partnerships, and helping researchers translate ideas into funded, high impact projects that make a real difference. For more information, please visit us online: Office of Research You will Advise and partner with researchers to identify, shape and submit competitive external funding applications, including major Category 1 schemes; Lead end to end grant submission processes, ensuring quality assurance, compliance and risk management; Work closely with internal stakeholders to support proposal development, budgeting and contract handover; Provide post award non financial support, including variations, reporting and milestone management; and Analyse funding trends and maintain accurate research funding data to inform strategic decision making. You will possess: Strong communication and organisational skills including the ability to control and coordinate multiple complex projects; A proven ability to work collaboratively and independently with both internal and external stakeholders; Well-developed writing, editing and budgeting skills, including the ability to write/review coherent and persuasive proposals; Ability to engage in a range of approaches to generate solutions, seeking organisational input and advice to apply innovative solutions; Strong capacity to function as part of a team, including supporting other team members on a project-by-project basis; Commitment to the provision of quality service, with demonstrated ability to provide user friendly, responsive client service; and High level of digital literacy. Desirable Previous Research Management and Information Systems experience e.g., Research Master, is highly desirable. We are seeking a talented and motivated Research Fellow to join our Experimental Fluid Mechanics team!  You will work under the supervision of Prof. Bharathram Ganapathisubramani, collaborating with PhD students and other postdoctoral researchers within the group.  Key responsibilities include: Carry our measurements of turbulent flows under realistic conditions (effects of roughness, pressure gradient, surface textures etc) Develop relevant new diagnostic techniques to access new aspects of the flow Analyse data and develop new data-driven models that can be used for predictions Publish and present findings in relevant journals/conferences.  You should hold a PhD (or equivalent experience) in Aerodynamics or Fluid Mechanics.
