As 2IC to the Head of Social Media and Content, the role is responsible for delivering platform-first campaigns that engage priority audiences, enhance brand affinity and build trust across the University’s community. The position manages direct report(s) and plays a key role in developing and executing best practice channel content strategies, optimising paid campaigns across diverse audiences and is able to translate analytics and data into clear, actionable strategic direction.
