About Pan-Atlantic University

Pan-Atlantic University was originally founded as Lagos Business School in 1991 before being approved by the federal government as an independent university in 2002. It is located in Lagos, Nigeria’s capital.

The university offers a comprehensive range of programmes at bachelor, master's and doctoral level. Its undergraduate courses are delivered by three schools: the School of Media and Communication, the School of Management and Social Sciences, and the School of Science and Technology.

At master's level the same three schools offer degrees, with the addition of the Lagos Business School. The School offers an international exchange programme, and for its district industry-orientated curriculum and links that lead to students gaining invaluable skillsets and jobs post-studies.

Doctoral degree options are limited to the Schools of Media and Communication and the School of Management and Social Sciences, with PhD’s in management and media available.

There are various clubs, societies, and cultural events on offer for students to get involved in.

The university has on-campus accommodation. It also has various recreational facilities such as sports centres, and holds a university-wide Coupe de Escriva sports tournament every year, made up of several teams.
