Macquarie University, Wallumattagal Campus, North Ryde About the Role Reporting to Associate Professor Lauren McLellan, the Postdoctoral Research Fellow supports high-quality, clinical and applied research projects within the Lifespan Health and Wellbeing Research Centre and School of Psychological Sciences at Macquarie University. The projects utilise digital technologies and implementation science to increase access to evidence-based assessment and treatment for youth mental health and wellbeing, including in educational settings. The Fellow will work collaboratively with academic staff, research students, and external partners to deliver research outcomes with strong translational impact, while contributing to the research culture of the School and Centre. The role primarily includes assisting with study design and management, delivering or supervising psychological assessments, coordinating and conducting stakeholder and consumer focus groups, collecting, maintaining and analysing qualitative and quantitative data and contributing to dissemination of research findings (including publications). About The School The School of Psychological Sciences is a leading centre for psychological research and education, with strengths across clinical, developmental, cognitive, and health psychology. The Lifespan Health and Wellbeing Research Centre fosters interdisciplinary research aimed at improving mental health and wellbeing across the lifespan through innovation, collaboration, and real-world impact. Your key responsibilities will include: 1. Research and Scholarly Activity Conduct grant-funded research of high quality and impact in clinical psychology and related interdisciplinary fields (eg contribute to the design, execution, analysis, and reporting of research projects) Lead and co-author publications in reputable, peer-reviewed international journals. Present research findings at conferences, seminars, and workshops. Contribute to the development of competitive research funding applications and associated reporting (where relevant). 2.
