Nusa Putra University

Nusa Putra University is a private institution of higher education located in Sukabumi, West Java, Indonesia.

It was officially established on 2 February 2018, though its origins go back to 2002 as an internet café and computer training centre. Over the following years, the institution evolved into the Nusa Putra Education and Training Institute, later forming the Nusa Putra Sukabumi Educational Foundation, and in 2007 was recognised as Sekolah Tinggi Teknologi Nusa Putra, offering undergraduate and diploma programmes in engineering and computer science.

The university offers a range of programmes across its Faculty of Engineering, Computer and Design, which includes mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, civil engineering, informatics, computer science, information systems, and visual communication design. The Faculty of Business and Humanities provides courses in management, accounting, law, elementary teacher education, and master’s degrees in education, management, and law.

The campus is located in an urban area of Sukabumi and hosts facilities for student creativity, career services, alumni relations, institutional collaboration, counselling, and entrepreneurship. 

Students regularly participate in competitions, seminars, debates, and cultural activities, with teams having won awards in events such as the Euro Futsal Championship and Pencak Silat tournaments.
