About National Taiwan University of Science and Technology (Taiwan Tech)

National Taiwan University of Science and Technology, also known as Taiwan Tech, is a public research university in Taipei, Taiwan. It was founded in 1974 as the National Taiwan Institute of Technology (NTIT) and was later granted university status in 1997.

It was the first university of its kind to be established in Taiwan.

The university offers undergraduate and graduate programmes across seven faculties including engineering, electrical engineering and computer science, management, design, liberal arts and social sciences and applied sciences.

National Taiwan University of Science and Technology has lots of facilities to meet the needs of its students and faculty including libraries, laboratories, computer labs, a gym and pool, student centres, medical clinics and student housing.
