You will work closely with the Domestic Supervisor, Assistant Domestic Services Manager, Domestic Services Manager, as well as colleagues across the Estates & Facilities Directorate and the wider University, to ensure effective and professional support for all aspects of the team’s activities. Key Responsibilities Develop, deliver, and regularly update content relevant to their specialty across the curriculum of the Doctor of Medicine (MD) programme, from pre-clinical courses to clinical rotations, as well as in postgraduate programmes. The successful candidate will be expected to engage students through innovative teaching methods, fostering critical thinking, clinical reasoning, professional values and ethical practice. Provide clinical education leadership, overseeing curriculum design and delivery, student assessment and continuous quality improvement, and provide mentorship to junior members of the clinical education team. Provide mentorship and guidance to students, including advising on research projects, theses, and career development. Conduct high-impact research in Paediatrics, securing external funding to establish and sustain these programmes.
