Based in Teaching and Learning Innovation (TLI), the successful candidate will work with academic and professional staff across TLI, Colleges, AU Online and Pathways to co-create curriculum aligned with the strategic directions of Adelaide University. The role focuses on advancing curriculum design, digital and blended learning, and supporting inclusive, high-quality educational experiences. Extensive experience initiating, leading and managing multiple concurrent teaching and learning projects. Demonstrated capacity to evaluate the effectiveness of learning and teaching in higher education. Demonstrated research outcomes reflecting a growing national profile in an area of education specialisation such as academic and professional literacies; learning sciences; assessment; technology enhanced learning; evaluation methodologies; learning analytics or work integrated learning and actively contribute to TLI’s research in these areas. Demonstrated understanding of, and commitment to, equity and social justice within a tertiary education context. Desirable: Qualifications and significant experience in Higher Education, specifically Curriculum and Education Studies, or a closely related field. 
 Demonstrated experience in implementing project management methodologies and documentation processes in the education context.
