Working within the ARC Centre of Excellence in Quantum Biotechnologies (QUBIC), you'll contribute to groundbreaking research, collaborate with leading experts, and shape a new direction in quantum-omics integration. Your responsibilities will include: Lead Methodological Research: Develop innovative quantum-inspired algorithms for omics data analysis and multi-omics integration. Produce High-Impact Outputs: Deliver internationally competitive research through publications, conference presentations, and reproducible software. Foster Collaborations: Work closely with lab members and external partners to translate methodological advances into applied analyses and usable tools. It is a highly specialized workplace on the issue of vascular diseases. The main activities are vascular-surgical programs. In cooperation with interventional radiologists and angiologists, the clinic provides comprehensive care for vascular patients, including 24-hour permanent service for acute vascular events within the region and supraregionally. As an accredited workplace, it provides undergraduate and postgraduate education in vascular surgery, is involved in scientific research activities and participates in the solution of international randomized multicenter studies. II. The surgical clinic is a part of the Complex Cardiovascular Center and the Cerebrovascular Center established by the Ministry of Health of the Czech Republic.
