Landmark University was established in 2011 by the Living Faith Church Worldwide. It is a private Christian university. The university is located in Kwara State, western Nigeria. The university consists of four colleges: college of agricultural sciences, college of engineering, college of pure and applied science, and the college of business and social sciences. Each college is divided into different departments offering a range of both undergraduate and graduate degree programmes. There are various clubs and societies on offer including athletics, football, volleyball, tennis, and basketball. The university has developed partnerships with leading agricultural institutions across the country including the International Institute of Tropical Agriculture and the National Space Research and Development Agency. There are seven core values at the heart of the university: spirituality, possibility mentality, capacity building, integrity, responsibility, diligence, and sacrifice.

Work that matters The Data Manager plays a central role in establishing, delivering, and maintaining the integrity of a national research monitoring program focused on early type 1 diabetes. The role is responsible for designing, implementing, and managing fit-for-purpose data systems and registries that supports multi-centre clinical and research activity across Australia, ensuring data quality, security, interoperability, and usability for reporting, evaluation, and research outcomes. The program brings together clinicians, researchers, data specialists, health professionals, and consumer advocates with strong links to national and international screening, monitoring, and registry initiatives in early type 1 diabetes. The project aims to convert sugarcane-derived feedstocks into high-value polyhydroxyalkanoates (PHAs), offering scalable, low-carbon alternatives to petroleum-based plastics. By integrating advanced strain engineering with rigorous bioprocess optimisation, the program seeks to deliver high-productivity, seawater-based, and resource-efficient fermentation systems that are economically and environmentally competitive. As a Postdoctoral Research Associate, you will play a central role in translating laboratory-scale advances into robust, scalable processes. Your work will span small-scale screening through to early pilot-scale operation, with a strong emphasis on: High-cell-density and fed-batch cultivation Media and feeding strategy optimisation Process robustness and reproducibility Scale-down and early scale-up modelling Integration of strain performance, sustainability, and techno-economic constraints You will work closely with strain engineers, students, and collaborators in a highly integrated team, where biological design, process performance, and commercial considerations jointly inform development decisions.
