The successful candidate will be expected to engage students through innovative teaching methods, fostering critical thinking, clinical reasoning, professional values and ethical practice. Provide clinical education leadership, overseeing curriculum design and delivery, student assessment and continuous quality improvement, and provide mentorship to junior members of the clinical education team. Provide mentorship and guidance to students, including advising on research projects, theses, and career development. Conduct high-impact research in Orthopaedics, securing external funding to establish and sustain these programmes.
