The following shift pattern is available: 14.75 hours per week  05:30 – 08:30 Monday to Thursday, 05:30 – 08:15 Friday What we're looking for Domestic Services is one of the largest Professional Services departments in the University, comprising a diverse range of colleagues who share the same passion for delivering a high standard cleaning service to the University's community and estate.  We are looking to recruit a number of Domestic Assistants, with good experience of cleaning in professional environments, to join our team, across several of our campuses. You will work closely with the Domestic Supervisor, Assistant Domestic Services Manager, Domestic Services Manager, as well as colleagues across the Estates & Facilities Directorate and the wider University, to ensure effective and professional support for all aspects of the team’s activities. Applicants should hold a master’s degree in Social Work, Counselling, Psychology, or a related field; and possess at least two years of in-service practice experience as a registered counsellor, social worker, or equivalent. Experience in teaching, training, or education is an advantage. Interest and knowledge in psychotherapy research and community psychology research are additional assets. The appointee is expected to demonstrate independent, flexible, and innovative working styles, along with strong interpersonal and communication skills. The appointee will be responsible for teaching undergraduate courses and capstone project supervision including fostering experiential learning opportunities and promoting compassionate pedagogy throughout the BSocSc(Counselling) and BSW curriculum, as well as networking with agencies to facilitate capstone/internship placements and career development opportunities. A highly competitive salary commensurate with qualifications and experience will be offered. About the role We are seeking a Donor Relations Manager (DRM) to provide maternity cover during a strategically significant year for our team. This fixed term role will ensure continuity and excellence in the delivery of our well-established donor relations programme at a time when ODAR is about to launch its first institution wide campaign. The DRM will take the lead on managing and delivering a mature, high performing programme of donor stewardship, with a particular focus on project managing key activities to recognise and celebrate our donor community and providing excellent line management to our Donor Relations team. You will ensure that our donor relations strategy continues to run smoothly, maintaining the high standards and personalised approach that underpin our success. Working collaboratively with fundraisers and colleagues across the University, you will oversee the delivery of compelling communications, events and recognition activities that articulate the impact of philanthropy. You will also manage a range of operational processes - from donor data oversight to the creation of bespoke “magic moments” - that contribute to an exceptional donor experience. About you You will be an experienced and confident project manager, capable of taking ownership of a complex, multi‑layered programme and ensuring its seamless delivery. With a passion for delivering an excellent donor (or stakeholder) experience, you will be adept at coordinating multiple stakeholders, managing deadlines and maintaining momentum across a busy annual cycle. You will bring creativity, attention to detail and strong communication skills, along with an enthusiasm for the power of philanthropy and its impact.
