Located alongside the River Moyur in Khulna, Bangladesh, is Khulna University which was established in 1991.
There are eight schools and 29 disciplines including: science, engineering and technology; management and business administration; life sciences; social sciences; arts and humanities; fine arts; law; and education.
Within these schools are a wide range of courses for undergraduate, postgraduate, PhD, and postgraduate diploma students. The university also admits international students from across the world.
Across campus, there's a library, medical centre, gymnasium, cafeteria, mosque, temple, as well as a modern language centre, ICT cell, and research cell.
