The Kharkiv University of Humanities "People's Ukrainian Academy” is located in Kharkiv, Ukraine and offers a range of educational programs from pre-school to postgraduate training. It was founded in 1991 and has developed partnerships with 27 universities across the world. The university has three main faculties of business management, assistant translating, and social management. In addition, the university offers pre-university training and additional specialties that include foreign languages, company management, PR and advertising, and IT management. Students at the university can participate in a range of clubs and activities at the student union, including student government, politics club, chess, literature, golf, street ball, and more. There is a range of facilities across the campus including the PUA Museum of History, St Tatiana’s student chapel, and Memory Alley. The university has its own publishing house, and a newspaper called "Academy".

The Position We are seeking distinguished scholars with proven record of excellence in research, teaching, knowledge exchange, along with a strong commitment and managerial competence to support the Faculty’s expanding research portfolio and clinical and teaching activities. The appointees are expected to play a key role in leading the respective School in achieving the highest standard of quality in all aspects of its teaching and learning, research and scholarship, and professional engagement programmes, fostering academic collaboration within and outside the Faculty/University, and pursuing new strategic directions for the further development of the School.
