In addition to the student-facing service, the Helpdesk is also responsible for and involved with many student focused initiatives We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Senior Executive Assistant (SEA) to join the Student Helpdesk operation. Reporting to the Team Leader, the SEA will be responsible for coordinating the day-to-day workflow of the Student Helpdesk Team, while working alongside the team to respond to student queries across all channels. The successful candidate will also contribute to the planning and delivery of initiatives and projects as they arise.
