Duties and Responsibilities Work closely with a multidisciplinary team on research projects related to gastrointestinal and hepatology disease areas Manage clinical trial projects, including subject recruitment, data collection, conduct assessment on subjects Process human stool samples and handle other biological specimens Perform administrative tasks and other duties as assigned Requirements Ph.D. degree with extensive research background, preferably in life science, biomedical science, public health or health-related disciplines Strong proficiency in statistical software (e.g., R), literature review and excellent writing skills for manuscript preparation Excellent command of written and spoken English and Chinese (including Cantonese) Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and communication skills A strong sense of responsibility Strong troubleshooting skills and effective collaboration skills Ability to work independently with high motivation What We Offer The appointment will commence as soon as possible on a temporary basis for one to two years, with the possibility of renewal subject to satisfactory performance. We are recruiting an ‘Accreditation and Quality Officer’ to the grade of Administrative Officer II. The role holder will work in close collaboration with the ‘Associate Head of School, Accreditations’ playing a central role in coordinating work and reporting to align to international accreditation standards. This role will be responsible for generating, analysing and continuously improving the production of data and insights to inform the accreditations and continuous improvement strategy of the School of Business. As such the role will be at the heart of the work of the School of Business in co-ordinating the administration of our accreditation goals. The successful applicant should have working knowledge of creating and managing databases of information and supporting stakeholders to adhere to processes and standards. Experience with Business School accreditation standards would be advantageous.
