About the opportunity Sydney Future Students is transforming how we recruit and engage future students. We're seeking a Lead Nurture and Conversion Coordinator to support the delivery of high-impact, personalised communication journeys that drive engagement and conversion. You'll work with cross-functional teams to ensure messaging is targeted, relevant, and aligned with Sydney Future Students' recruitment strategy. The Lead Nurture and Conversion Coordinator will support the Manager, Lead Nurture and Conversion in delivering the Sydney Future Students strategy across both domestic and international markets. Working closely with the Manager and the senior leadership team to design and implement a consistent, customer-first approach to direct communications, this role will help provide a seamless journey for future students from lead collection to enrolment. The ideal candidate for this role has excellent communication skills, a strong grasp of audience segmentation, and a track record of delivering conversion-focused campaigns. You're adept at managing large-scale direct communications plans, using data, automation, analytics, A/B testing, and new tools to personalise and optimise performance. You oversee content calendars, develop and execute targeted email and SMS campaigns, and continually refine nurture flows. You manage and mentor a Content Producer and provide design leadership to ensure all creative outputs, including large-scale event signage and assets, are visually impactful, accessible, and on brand. Your stakeholder management and project coordination skills ensure briefs become clear, compelling communications, digital and print assets, delivered on time and at scale, to high technical and creative standards. You combine creativity with technical expertise, working hands-on with platforms such as Mailchimp, BeeFree, Dreamweaver, and Litmus to enhance deliverability, troubleshoot (including HTML), and analyse performance for ongoing improvement. You also contribute to both digital and print asset development with Adobe Creative Suite, applying UX and design thinking to ensure they are visually engaging, accessible, and aligned with Sydney's brand standards.
