ICFAI University, Dehradun

The ICFAI University was established in 2003 in Uttarkhand, India, and offers higher education programmes from an undergraduate to postgraduate and doctoral level. The university aims to offer world-class, innovative programmes, allowing students to gain vital skills for the world after university.

The 25-acre green campus is located in Selaqui, Dehradun, and consists of workshops, laboratories, an auditorium, computer labs, sport and recreation facilities, as well as a library.

IFCAI University offers several undergraduate programmes, including a four-year bachelor of technology, including programmes such as civil engineering, mechatronics engineering, data science and artificial intelligence and mathematics. There’s a three-year bachelor of business administration, where students are exposed to the corporate business world in their second year. There’s also a three-year bachelor of arts and bachelor of science degree as options for those who wish to study business and economics.

In addition, the university offers a five-year bachelor of laws, and a two-year bachelor of education, which uses an applied approach with emphasis on holistic development of students. These programmes are offered across the four main schools at IFCAI: business, technology, law, and education.

Students can take part in the Summer Internship Program at IFCAI, taken after their second semester for around three-months. On this programme, students will learn practical workplace skills to prepare them for working in industry. There are many prominent recruiters for this scheme, including Tata Motors, Outlook Group, Pepsi, Indian Oil Corporation, and Vodafone.
