The Undergraduate Division is seeking teaching faculty to teach an undergraduate course introducing the application of Artificial Intelligence in Marketing, Social Media, and Public Relations. This course will focus on practical skills, including how AI can be leveraged for customer segmentation, sentiment analysis, personalized recommendations, and optimizing digital strategies across various platforms. Responsibilities include: Deliver high-quality instruction in AI-enabled marketing, social media analytics, and public relations strategies. About the Role We are seeking someone who is a customer focused individual with the ability to navigate and interpret complex University as well as government policies and procedures, to provide efficient and responsive support and advice to international students. The role of Client Services Officer (Sponsored Students), or CSOSS, has a particular emphasis on ensuring that the University fulfils its contractual and service obligations to international students in receipt of scholarships from the Australian government and foreign sponsoring agencies.
