Job Description SCHOOL OF CONTINUING EDUCATION EARLY CHILDHOOD AND ELEMENTARY EDUCATION DIVISION The Early Childhood and Elementary Education Division (ECEED), an academic arm of the School of Continuing Education, is the premier provider of early childhood and primary school teacher education in Hong Kong.
